High Protein Chocolate Berry Stack

High Protein Chocolate Berry Stack

No time? Good, because this takes about 5 minutes. High protein, tastes like dessert for breakfast, and you're making a quick chia jam without actually making jam. Let's do it.

  • Choc Chip Protein Waffles
  • 100g Greek yogurt or Skyr
  • Dark Choc Shavings
  • 70g frozen mixed berries (straight from the freezer, no defrosting)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

  1. Pop your frozen berries in a small bowl and microwave them for about 60-90 seconds until they're hot and starting to break down. Give them a quick mash with a fork (they don't need to be smooth, just jammy).

  2. Stir the chia seeds and maple syrup (if using) into the hot berries. Let it sit for a minute while you sort the rest. The chia will start thickening everything up into a proper jam situation.

  3. Toast your Choc Chip Protein Waffles. Two minutes, done.

  4. Stack them up, spread the Greek yogurt or Skyr between the layers and on top, spoon over your chia berry jam, then finish with dark chocolate shavings all over. Eat immediately.
