It means if you were making these at home, you'd use the same ingredients we do.

Wholegrain flour, oat flour, oil, sugar, eggs (in some products), raising agents. Normal stuff, nothing complicated.

No methylparaben. No sodium stearoyl lactylate. No polysorbate 60.

(Yes, those are real ingredients in some bakery products. No, we don't know what they are either.)

Define "healthy."


Here's what we know:
✓ Wholegrain (keeps you fuller longer)
✓ At least 50% less sugar than the average waffle / pancake / french toast product available in the UK’s supermarkets.
✓ No preservatives, colourings, artificial flavours.
✓ Ingredients you know and recognise.


Are they kale smoothies? No.
Are they better than sugary breakfast cereal, bars, other breakfast bakery products? Yes.
Will they get you through a busy morning? Absolutely.
We're not here to lecture you about nutrition. We make real food that works for real life.

We don't think bakery needs to be jam-packed with sugar, so we've reduced it by at least 50% compared to the average waffle in the UK. Simple as that.

We want to give you the choice back. Some days you'll load it up with chocolate spread and maple syrup (go for it). Other days it's yoghurt and berries. By keeping the sugar down we're letting you decide how sweet (or not) you want things. Your food, your way, no compromise.

Our Original, Blueberry and Apple Cinnamon waffles are 100% plant-based.

Unfortunately not. Probably the only downside of frozen is that shipping is a tricky. We'd need dry ice, insulated boxes, the whole faff. Plus the minimum order to make it cost effective would be a lot!

But we do sell online through Tesco, Ocado, Morrisons, Amazon Fresh, Zapp, Deliveroo (in certain areas), GoPuff and Mighty Plants.

Us too! We're a still a relatively small (but growing) business, and are working hard to get our products stocked in more places. If there's a particular store you want to see them in we recommend reaching out to the store manager and requesting the products. We will also be eternally grateful for your help.
